Job summary

Trident, a health benefits platform serving individuals, families, and small businesses, seeks a Senior Process Engineer to extend our process engineering capability. This role is autonomous and will own the full cycle: diagnose, design using Six Sigma/Lean, implement, and prove results with a number.

You will report to our EVP of Operations and work with the same toolkit on real operational problems with real budgets and visibility.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, or business operations.
• Independent RCA/DMAIC leadership experience required; not just facilitation.
• Strong ability to diagnose root causes and drive end-to-end improvements.

Responsibilities

• Identify stakeholders and engage them directly without a predefined contact list.
• Diagnose root causes, design fixes using DMAIC, 5 Whys, fishbone, and map processes.
• Lead implementation across the company and validate outcomes with measurable results.
