Job summary

Littelfuse in the Philippines is seeking a Characterization Engineer to help build a new semiconductor characterization lab. You will work on power devices, develop verification plans, and drive automated testing in collaboration with global teams.

The role requires 2–5 years of relevant experience, a degree in electrical engineering, and hands-on measurement skills. You will contribute to lab capability development and report findings with technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with electrical measurement equipment and lab instrumentation.
• Experience developing verification plans, test benches, and automated tests.
• Strong English communication skills for collaboration with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform characterization and verification activities on power semiconductor devices (SiC Diodes, SiC MOSFETs, Schottky Diodes, IGBTs).
• Define characterization plans to achieve complete functional coverage.
• Develop test specifications with design engineers and product teams.
• Execute electrical measurements, data collection, and analysis.
