Qualifications

• Experience in process engineering with focus on yield improvement and lean flow.
• Ability to calculate and interpret yield, OEE and SPC charts.
• Proven skills in PFMEA, PCP, SOP creation and work instruction development.
• Strong problem solving and data-driven improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Process engineering: drive continuous improvement for yield efficiency and lean flow.
• Transfer and release of process/product/equipment, ensuring timely technology transfer.
• Resolve line issues to sustain customer demands.
• Establish procedures; improve specifications and document continuous improvement.
• Lead training, certification and development of operators and technicians.
• Support top management priorities to sustain operational demands.
• Create defect Pareto, SPC charts, and data-driven continuous improvement plans.
• Knowledge in laser module packaging, vacuum soldering, wire bonding, and optics alignment.
• Form PCP, PFMEA, SOP, and work instructions; solve problems and improve yield.
• Create reports in Excel/Word/PowerPoint; perform statistics and variation analysis.
• Develop Out-of-Control Action Plans and perform engineering analyses.
