As a Senior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for process training to lead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and workforce competency. This role focuses on combining process engineering expertise with effective training strategies, empowering teams to improve productivity, minimize waste, and drive continuous improvement.

Other responsibilities include:

• Training Development & Implementation - Create and deliver technical training programs for engineers, operators, and technicians.
