Job summary

Firefly Electric & Lighting Corporation in Calumpit, Bulacan is seeking a Process Engineer to join the Production team. You will lead process improvements, develop standardized workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional groups to boost quality, reduce waste, and drive cost efficiency across manufacturing operations.

Ideal candidates hold a BS in Engineering (Licensed Engineer preferred), have at least 3 years in process engineering, and strong training/coaching skills to develop curricula

About The Role

Location: Calumpit, Bulacan

Role Type: Full-time

Department: Production

Reporting to: Production Manager

Work Schedule: 5-day work week

The Process Engineer focuses on driving incremental and sustainable improvements in processes, quality, and efficiency through the implementation of continuous improvement principles. The role facilitates process enhancements and collaborates with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence, reduce waste, and build standardized workflows across the manufacturing environment.

• Analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities to reduce waste.
• Implement improvements to enhance productivity, efficiency, and overall process performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized work procedures to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.

To succeed and grow in this role, you will be required to meet the following qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in any Engineering course, preferably a Licensed Engineer.
• At least 3 years of experience in process engineering
• Strong background in process training, including curriculum development and hands-on coaching.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead projects and collaborate across departments.
• Willing to be assigned in Calumpit, Bulacan.
