Job summary

Royu Industrial Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Plant HR & Administration Manager to bridge corporate HR direction with plant-floor operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree of any course.
• At least five years of related experience as Administration and/or Human Resources Manager in a medium to large manufacturing organization.
• 8-10 years of progressive HR and Administration experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• HR Business Partnering & Workforce Planning: Align manpower strategies with production goals.
• Site Administration & Facilities: Oversee facilities, safety, security, housekeeping, and transportation.
• Talent & Performance Management: Recruit, onboard, and provide performance feedback across plant levels.
• Employee Relations & Labor Compliance: Ensure DOLE compliance and safe workplace.
• Vendor & Agency Governance: Manage third-party manpower agencies and service providers.
• Internal: Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and Corporate HR.

The Opportunity

As the Plant HR & Administration Manager, you will be the strategic bridge between corporate HR direction and the plant-floor reality. You will lead end-to-end human resources and site administration across Royu’s manufacturing units—ensuring our plant is fully staffed, legally compliant, and operationally seamless so production leadership can focus on output.

What You Will Do

• HR Business Partnering & Workforce Planning: Partner with plant leaders and corporate teams to align manpower strategies with aggressive production goals.
• Site Administration & Facilities: Oversee essential plant operations including facilities, safety/security, housekeeping, and industrial transportation.
• Talent & Performance Management: Drive timely factory recruitment, structured onboarding, and continuous performance feedback systems across all plant levels.
• Employee Relations & Labor Compliance: Foster a positive work culture, resolve labor issues efficiently, and ensure 100% compliance with DOLE, safety standards, and company policies.
• Vendor & Agency Governance: Oversee third-party manpower agencies and outsourced service providers to ensure seamless workforce deployment and service delivery.
• Internal: Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Corporate HR.
• External: DOLE and regulatory bodies, 3rd-party manpower and security agencies.
• Bachelor’s degree of any course
• At least five years of related experience as Administration and/or Human Resources Manager in a medium to large manufacturing organization
• 8-10 years of progressive HR and Administration experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong Experience in two or more of the following: facilities management, administrative case handling, HR policy implementation, vendor management, recruitment, employee relations, and workforce retention
• Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Open to a 5-day workweek schedule in Calumpit, Bulacan
