Job summary

Arabelle Solutions in the Philippines is seeking a Process & Controls Engineer to ensure on-time delivery of project process engineering documentation, compliant with work instructions, technical rules, codes and standards.

You will lead design activities for process and controls systems, manage interfaces, review Contractor documents, support FAT and site commissioning, and contribute to HAZOP and RAM studies.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience: Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation and control engineering or equivalent degree.
• At least 10 years professional experience in Process & Control Engineering within Power Plant Engineering.
• Site experience (3 months preferable).
• Strong knowledge of power plant water/steam cycles and/or ST auxiliary systems.
• Good knowledge of CAD tools and engineering interfaces across disciplines.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).

Responsibilities

• Review technical contractual requirements and applicable codes and standards.
• Identify risks and opportunities and propose technical deviations/clarifications.
• Lead process & controls design: P&IDs, process flow diagrams, system manuals, and safety studies.
• Manage interfaces with internal teams and external customers/partners.
• Provide documentation control, FAT support, and as-built revisions.
• Support site construction, commissioning, and issue resolution.
