Job summary

RoviSys Building Technologies in the Philippines seeks a Lead Controls Systems Engineer to design and lead building automation projects, with tasks driven by client needs.

You will mentor a small engineer team, develop instrument lists, select hardware, configure DDC/PLC/DCS, and support system startup and customer demonstrations.

A technical degree and 3+ years in controls engineering are required, with hands-on experience in Rockwell, Aveva, Distech BACnet/LON, and related tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 3+ years of controls engineering experience.
• Experience with Rockwell, Aveva, Distech BACnet/LON controllers.
• Knowledge of Kepware OPC server, ThinManager, and VMware preferred.
• SQL and scripting (VBA, Python) knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance for a project team of 2-5 engineers.
• Lead customer meetings and assist with proposal generation.
• Create instrument lists, select hardware, and compile submittal documentation.
• Configure DDC/PLC/DCS control algorithms and HMIs.
• Lead onsite startup, testing, and customer demonstrations.
