Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in BPM, process improvement, or related fields.
• Experience in BPO, outsourcing, shared services, consulting, or cross-functional service environments is preferred.
• Strong ability to independently conduct process discovery and stakeholder interviews.
• Proven track record in documenting SOPs, process maps, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with process owners and SMEs to map how work is performed.
• Document current-state processes, including activities, decision points, roles, systems, inputs, outputs, and controls.
• Develop SOPs, checklists, process maps, and other operating documents.
• Translate informal practices into clear, actionable documentation for teams.
• Establish process registers, documentation structures, and repositories.
• Organize existing process materials and identify gaps, duplicates, or conflicts.
• Analyze workflows to identify bottlenecks, ownership gaps, and inefficiencies.
• Recommend practical improvements based on risks, resources, and outcomes.
• Support governance by assigning owners and maintaining version control.
• Assess automation opportunities and document business requirements for AI/automation.
• Collaborate with AI/IT teams to translate processes into implementation requirements.
• Help test, validate, and adopt approved automation initiatives.
• Maintain metrics to measure impact of improvements.
