Job summary

VargasAndrews is seeking a Business Process Analyst to document, standardize, and govern how work is performed across the organization. You will collaborate with process owners and SMEs to map AS-IS processes, develop SOPs and governance artifacts, and identify opportunities for automation and AI enhancements.

Successful candidates will have 5+ years in business process analysis, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work across remote, international teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years' experience in business process analysis or related disciplines.
• Experience with process mapping, SOPs, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process discovery with owners and SMEs to document current-state processes.
• Develop SOPs, checklists, process maps, and governance materials.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and ownership issues; propose practical improvements.
• Support automation and AI opportunities with clear business requirements.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and reporting.
