The Business Process Analyst will map, document, standardize, and govern how work is performed, collaborating with process owners and SMEs to uncover gaps and opportunities for improvement and potential automation. This role emphasizes governance and practical business requirements over AI development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in business process analysis, improvement, or transformation.
• Experience in cross-functional environments such as BPO, outsourcing, or consulting.
• Ability to document AS-IS and TO-BE processes and develop SOPs, maps, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conduct process discovery sessions with process owners and SMEs to map current practices.
• Document current-state processes including activities, ownership, systems, inputs and outputs.
• Develop SOPs, checklists, and process maps; organize and maintain documentation repository.
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and control gaps; propose practical improvements.
• Support governance: ownership, version control, review dates, and change histories.
• Assess automation/AI opportunities and define business requirements for implementations.
