Infinit-O is seeking a seasoned Fund Accounting Manager to lead private equity fund accounting operations with strategic oversight and hands-on accountability. You will partner with fund controllers, managers, and senior leadership to deliver institutional-grade reporting, scalable processes, and data-driven insights.

You will own the performance and development of a growing team, drive accuracy, efficiency, and client excellence, and guide the firm’s accounting technology roadmap and SOPs.

Formación

• 8+ years of progressive experience in fund accounting or fund administration with a Private Equity focus.
• 4+ years of direct team management across multiple client engagements.
• Proven track record of operational transformation and scalable improvements.
• Experience managing audit relationships and year-end financial statements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred; CFA/CAIA a plus.
• Strong knowledge of PE metrics (IRR, TVPI, RVPI, DPI) and advanced reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills for investors, managers, auditors, and stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee NAV calculations and reconcile cash, positions, and Trial Balance with admins and custodians.
• Sign-off on income allocations, partner statements, and tracking of capital, unfunded commitments, and clawbacks.
• Lead the full Private Equity fund lifecycle and close processes, ensuring audit readiness.
• Improve workflows, implement SOPs, automation, and scalable reporting.
• Act as senior advisor to clients, delivering tailored financial intelligence.
• Provide real-time PE performance metrics via advanced dashboards and reporting tools.
• Mentor and develop fund accounting staff, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement.
