Job summary

Infinit-O is seeking a skilled Fund Accountant to join our private equity accounting team in the Philippines. You will prepare end-to-end NAV calculations, reconcile cash, positions, and trial balances, and support fund administration across capital calls, distributions, and allocations.

You will review quarterly statements, maintain precise records of paid-in capital and unfunded commitments, and collaborate with senior fund controllers to drive accurate month-end close and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in fund accounting or fund administration.
• Experience with Private Equity or closed-end fund structures (capital calls, waterfalls, and reconciliations).
• Proven ability to improve workflows and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare end-to-end NAV calculations with detailed cash, position, and trial balance reconciliations.
• Calculate and track partner allocations for income, expenses, gains, and losses; review statements and capital records.
• Process capital calls, drawdowns, distributions, and apply waterfall models and carried interest rules.
• Lead month-end close and support quarter/year-end financial statements review and audit readiness.
• Identify bottlenecks in accounting workflows and collaborate to implement SOPs and automation.
