APW Tech in Pasig is seeking a Senior Power Platform Administrator to oversee governance, security, and operations of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse).
You will ensure platform reliability, monitor performance, manage licensing, and drive ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management. 5+ years in Power Platform admin, strong collaboration, and excellent English required. 3 days onsite and 2 days remote weekly.

The Senior Power Platform Administrator will be responsible for the administration, governance, security, and operational support of Microsoft Power Platform environment, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse. The role focuses on ensuring platform reliability, performance, compliance, and scalability while supporting digital transformation initiatives through governance, monitoring, incident management, and continuous improvement of Power Platform operations.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Power Platform administration, including environment management, governance, security, monitoring, licensing, and capacity management.
Strong experience administering Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse environments.
Proficiency in Power Platform Admin Center, including environment provisioning, analytics, DLP policy management, and platform governance.
Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), identity and access management, and security administration.
Knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), DevOps practices, Power Platform CoE Toolkit, and platform lifecycle management.
Experience implementing security frameworks, role-based access controls (RBAC), Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Power Platform Analytics, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights.
Experience in incident, problem, and change management, preferably within ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
Proficiency in PowerShell, Power Platform CLI, and automation scripting for administration and operational support.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
