Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling.
• Proficiency with low-code platforms and Power Platform connectors.
• Experience with API integration and REST services.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Power Platform Developer to join Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. This is a contract position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila, with a hybrid work arrangement. You will work on a mid shift schedule, contributing to the development and maintenance of innovative solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects whilst maintaining a healthy work-life balance through flexible working arrangements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Create and maintain automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes
• Build data models and develop reports and dashboards using Power BI for data visualisation and business intelligence
• Integrate Power Platform applications with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and connectors
• Document technical specifications, code, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay updated with the latest Power Platform features and best practices within the Microsoft ecosystem
• Support and maintain existing Power Platform solutions, addressing bugs and implementing enhancements

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer with demonstrated expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and the ability to work with data models and databases
• Proficiency in low-code/no-code development platforms and familiarity with Power Platform connectors
• Experience with business process automation and workflow design
• Solid knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with API integration and REST services
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment
• Microsoft certifications (such as Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant or Power Platform Developer Associate) are highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
