Job summary

APW Tech in Pasig is seeking a Senior Power Platform Administrator to oversee governance, security, and operations of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse).

You will ensure platform reliability, monitor performance, manage licensing, and drive ITIL-aligned incident, problem, and change management. 5+ years in Power Platform admin, strong collaboration, and excellent English required. 3 days onsite and 2 days remote weekly.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, engineering, business, or related field.
5+ years in Power Platform administration, including governance and licensing.
Experience administering Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
Proficiency with Power Platform Admin Center: provisioning, analytics, DLP, governance.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD (Entra ID) security administration.
Knowledge of ALM, DevOps, CoE Toolkit, and lifecycle management.
Experience implementing RBAC, DLP policies, and compliance requirements.
Familiarity with Power Platform Analytics, Azure Monitor, Application Insights.
Experience in incident, problem, change management (ITIL preferred).
Proficiency in PowerShell, Power Platform CLI, and automation scripting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management; good communication.
Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Oversee governance, security, and operation of the Power Platform environment.
Monitor performance, ensure compliance, and optimize licensing and capacity.
Support digital transformation initiatives via governance and continuous improvement.
Handle incident, problem, and change management per ITIL-like practices.
