Job summary

ERNI Philippines is seeking a Senior Power Platform Administrator to oversee the administration, governance, and day-to-day operations of the Power Platform environment (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages). You will ensure reliability, security, and compliance, monitor platform health and licensing, and support environment strategy, DLP policies, and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related field.
5+ years of experience administering Power Platform environments.
Hands-on experience with Dataverse, security roles, DLP policies, and monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Power Platform environments (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages).
Monitor platform health, capacity, storage, and API usage; address issues promptly.
Manage environment provisioning, dev/test/production lifecycle, backup and restore.
Configure and enforce DLP policies and access controls.
Monitor licensing and usage across the tenant; optimize costs.
Perform routine maintenance: patching, updates, upgrades.
Provide incident management and root cause analysis when issues arise.
Maintain runbooks and support documentation; mentor junior staff.
