Job summary

Manpower Outsourcing Services, Inc. seeks a skilled Power Platform Developer for a contract role in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, with hybrid work and mid-shift hours. You will design, build, and maintain Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI solutions, translating business needs into scalable digital tools.

You will collaborate with analysts and stakeholders, ensure reliable performance, and document technical solutions while staying current with Microsoft platform innovations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer with expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse and data modeling.
• Proficiency with low-code platforms and Power Platform connectors.
• Experience with API integration and REST services.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy apps using Power Platform tools.
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into solutions.
• Develop, test, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions.
• Create automated workflows with Power Automate.
• Build data models and dashboards with Power BI.
• Integrate Power Platform apps with APIs and connectors.
• Document specifications and code; participate in code reviews.
• Stay updated with new Power Platform features.
• Support and maintain existing solutions.
