Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Power Platform Administrator to do day-to-day operations of the Power Platform environment, including Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages. This position will be full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City.
What You'll Do
- Administer and maintain Power Platform environments (Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), ensuring optimal performance, availability, and reliability
- Monitor platform health, capacity, storage consumption, and API usage/throttling; proactively identify and resolve performance and capacity issues
- Manage environment provisioning, environment strategy, and lifecycle (Dev/Test/UAT/Production), including backup and restore procedures
- Configure and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, environment security roles, and access controls
- Monitor and manage licensing, capacity add-ons, and connector usage across the tenant
- Perform routine maintenance activities such as patching, updates, and platform upgrades with minimal disruption to business operations
- Perform other related duties assigned by supervisor
- Monitor production systems and respond to incidents, outages, and performance degradations; troubleshoot and resolve or elevate issues as needed
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain and update operational runbooks, escalation procedures, and support documentation
- Enforce Center of Excellence (CoE) governance policies, naming conventions, and solution lifecycle standards
- Conduct periodic security and compliance reviews of environments, connections, and solutions to ensure alignment with ADB's security framework
- Support audit, risk, and compliance reporting requirements related to Power Platform usage
- Identify opportunities to improve platform operations, automation, and monitoring; recommend and implement enhancements
- Maintain platform documentation, operational guides, and administration procedures
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior administrators and support staff
- Ensure post-deployment support and monitoring services are provided, at least for 12 months
What You'll Need
Required:
- Power Platform administration and operations 5+ years of experience (environment management, security, governance, monitoring, capacity/license management)
- Hands-on experience administering Dataverse environments, configuring security roles, Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, and platform monitoring tools
- Power Platform Admin Center (environment management, DLP policies, capacity, and analytics)
- Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, PowerBI, Power Pages) administration and support
- Microsoft 365 / Azure Active Directory security and identity management
- Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using solutions, pipelines, and DevOps
- Monitoring tools (e.g., Power Platform analytics, Azure Monitor, Application Insights)
- Power Platform governance, Center of Excellence (CoE) toolkit, and platform lifecycle management
- Security frameworks, role-based access control, data loss prevention (DLP), and compliance requirements
- Incident, problem, and change management processes (ITIL or similar frameworks preferred)
- PowerShell, Power Platform CLI, and automation scripting for administrative tasks
- Capacity planning, licensing, and cost optimization for Power Platform environments
- Demonstrated ability in solution or enterprise architecture from an operations and governance perspective
- Experience in requirement analysis and business process re-engineering
- Prior experience in agile methodologies and IT service management frameworks (experience in service management preferred)
- Ability to solve complex technical, managerial, or operational problems and evaluate options based on relevant information, resources, well-rounded experience, and knowledge
