Job summary

The position offers a hybrid work setup with 3 onsite days per week, and requires strong hands-on administration of Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages, along with ALM, governance, and security

Qualifications

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Administrator to support a large-scale enterprise digital transformation initiative. This role will focus on the administration, governance, security, monitoring, and operational management of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3x onsite per week

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Microsoft Power Platform environments, including Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
• Manage environment provisioning and lifecycle across Development, Test, UAT, and Production
• Monitor platform health, capacity, storage consumption, API usage, performance, and availability
• Configure and enforce Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies, security roles, and access controls
• Manage Power Platform licensing, capacity add-ons, connectors, and tenant usage
• Support backup and restore procedures, platform updates, patching, and upgrades
• Monitor production environments and troubleshoot incidents, outages, and performance issues
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actionsEnforce Center of Excellence (CoE) governance policies, naming conventions, and solution lifecycle standards
• Support security, compliance, risk, and audit requirements
• Maintain operational runbooks, administration procedures, and platform documentation
• Automate administrative activities using PowerShell, Power Platform CLI, and related scripting tools
• Provide guidance and mentoring to junior administrators and support teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration/Management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Power Platform administration and operations
• Strong hands‑on experience with Power Platform Admin Center, including environment management, DLP policies, capacity, and analytics
• Hands‑on experience administering Dataverse, security roles, and platform governance
• Experience supporting Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID / Azure Active Directory security and identity management
• Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using solutions, pipelines, and DevOps
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Power Platform Analytics, Azure Monitor, and Application Insights
• Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance, Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit, and platform lifecycle management
• Knowledge of RBAC, security frameworks, DLP, and compliance requirements
• Experience with PowerShell, Power Platform CLI, and automation scripting
• Experience in capacity planning, licensing, and cost optimization
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management processes; ITIL experience is preferred
• Exposure to solution or enterprise architecture, particularly from an operations and governance perspective
• Experience with Agile methodologies and IT service management frameworks
• Strong problem‑solving, stakeholder management, and English communication skills
