Job summary

Alorica Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst III to bridge business needs and technical solutions by gathering requirements and supporting BI/reporting solutions. You will work with stakeholders, developers and data engineers to deliver effective dashboards and actionable insights.

You will conduct data validation, KPIs development, and use SQL, Power BI and Excel to analyze and present information. Collaboration and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Experience in Business Analysis, BI, reporting, or data analytics.
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL/SQL Server, Excel, DAX, and Power Query.
• Understanding of KPIs, data validation, databases, and ETL processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and technical documentation.
• Microsoft Fabric knowledge is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and reporting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Support Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI development.
• Perform data querying, validation, reconciliation, and analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Conduct process mapping, gap analysis, and root cause analysis.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, technical documentation, and requirements traceability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and data engineers.
• Identify data discrepancies, reporting gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage multiple reporting requests, priorities, and deadlines.
• Utilize Agile/Scrum practices, ServiceNow, and AI tools to support business analysis activities.
