• Provides daily, weekly and monthly statistical reports to appropriate channels and recipients.
• Collates and generates performance reports (Quality Monitoring, Quality of Service and Efficiency) and issues them out timely.
• Integrates data from local and client sources to reflect agent performance for Operations.
• Collects and analyzes data for operating trends using Excel and SQL databases.
• Provides feedback to management on center performance and issues.
• Audits reports to ensure accuracy and informs supervisor of hot issues.
