Job summary

GCash is seeking a senior portfolio leader to spearhead Lean Portfolio Management across Tribes and Delivery Teams in the Philippines. You will drive monthly and quarterly planning, align product delivery with strategic direction, and govern agile transformation with standardized practices.

You will partner with Finance to report on value delivered, monitor performance, and push continuous improvement using metrics and data analytics.

Qualifications

Graduate in any field; MBA preferred for project management.
5+ years in Agile Portfolio Management with 1+ year people management.
Certified/trained in Agile Lean Portfolio Management (2-3 years).
Experience using Agile metrics to drive improvement; FP&A/reporting background is a plus.
Experience in financial technology vendors or large financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Lead Lean Portfolio Management across Tribes, Squads & Delivery Teams.
Facilitate monthly/quarterly portfolio planning and prioritization for delivery.
Drive portfolio governance for agile transformation and standardization.
Monitor and improve delivery performance and metrics.
Collaborate with Business and Finance for reporting on value delivered.
