Mynt, the company behind GCash, is seeking a Senior Project/Program Manager to drive complex software initiatives within the Technology & Operations function in the Philippines. The role focuses on delivering value through Agile practices, effective stakeholder engagement, and cross-team collaboration.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of managing large-scale projects, strong Agile experience, and a proven ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including vendors and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field is required.
10+ years of experience managing complex projects and product development.
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Experience working with diverse IT and business teams.
Experience in Enterprise Architecture / Solutions Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage project financial performance and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Advise on feasibility, MVP scoping, release planning, and solution options.
Lead tribe backlog, capacity management, and cross-functional release planning.
Collaborate with PMO and Agile coaches to align practices.
Monitor, track, and report progress across ideation to delivery against priorities.
