Job summary

GCash, the leading Philippine FinTech, is seeking a seasoned Agile Portfolio Manager to lead Lean Portfolio Management across Tribes, Squads and Delivery teams. You will align strategic directions with product requirements and drive standardized practices in portfolio governance for agile transformation.

You will monitor delivery performance, collaborate with business and Finance on reporting, and mentor teams with 5+ years in Agile Portfolio Management.

Qualifications

• Must have a strong background in Agile portfolio management and governance.
• Experience driving lean portfolio management and agile transformations.
• Proven ability to develop and monitor delivery metrics and value realization.
• Experience in financial technology vendor or large financial institution is a plus.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills with data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spearhead implementation of good Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) practices for the Tribes, Squads & Delivery Teams - ensuring consistency and aligned ways of working
• Facilitates and lead the monthly and quarterly portfolio planning and prioritization for product delivery; understands strategic direction and the significance of product requirements
• Facilitate portfolio governance efforts for agile transformation, including process improvement to standardized practices
• Monitors, measure and improve delivery performance and metrics
• Collaborates with business and Finance to ensure consistency of reporting on financial, benefit realization and value delivered

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate in any field | preferred - Postgraduate / MBA in project management
• Minimum 5 years Agile Portfolio Management; with minimum 1 year people management experience
• Certified/ trained with 2-3 years experience in Agile Lean Portfolio Management
• Experience using Agile program and team performance metrics to drive learning and continuous
• improvement
• Experience in financial technology vendor or a large financial institution - Experience in report automation is an advantage
• Strong analytical, creative problem-solving and strategic planning skills
• GDS - looker studio - automated reports reporting dashboard using visualization tools- GDS
