Job summary

GCash is seeking a Portfolio Manager to align portfolio activities with strategic goals, manage cross-team dependencies, and report on performance for senior leadership. You will drive collaboration across tribes, assess risks, and ensure effective risk mitigation.

The role requires strong background in IT/software, experience with agile environments, and capacity to manage diverse resources for agile delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any field; MBA in project management or related field preferred.
• Experience in managing complex projects and product development.
• Knowledge of managing agile methodologies and agile delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring portfolio activities align with organizational strategies and communicate direction to teams.
• Identify and track dependencies between projects across tribes.
• Facilitate collaboration between teams to resolve cross-functional dependencies and generate reports on portfolio health, financial performance and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Collaborate with teams to assess risk impact and determine mitigation strategies.
• Regularly review risk exposure and report risk status to leadership.
