Job summary

GCash, part of Mynt, invites a seasoned Agile leader to establish and scale enterprise Agile standards across tribes and portfolios in the Philippines. You will drive governance-aligned practices, coach leaders and Scrum Masters, and ensure measurable delivery health.

You will conduct Agile health audits, partner with finance, risk, and change teams, and embed Agile into enterprise rhythms. This role demands strong coaching, influence across leadership, and a passion for systemic improvements

• Coach leaders and teams on Agile behaviors and roles.
• Lead Agile health audits and cross-team calibration.

Responsibilities

• Define, maintain, and evolve enterprise Agile standards, practices, and playbooks.
• Coach leaders, Scrum Masters, and teams on Agile behaviors, roles, and decision-making.
• Maintain structured Coaching Logs documenting coaching focus, observations, and actions.
• Identify recurring capability gaps through coaching insights.
• Conduct Agile Health audits and calibrate with delivery teams.
• Partner with Tribe Leads and other functions to embed Agile into enterprise rhythms.
