Job summary

Home Credit Philippines is seeking an experienced Compliance professional to lead policy writing, document control, and regulatory alignment. The role covers local policy development, governance, and training across business units.

You will oversee document routing, Board approvals, and periodic reviews of manuals and guidelines, ensuring accurate reporting and strong collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Has a good command of English, both speaking and writing.
• Deep knowledge of BSP, SEC, AMLC regulations and other regulators.
• More than five years in Compliance Department, especially Compliance Testing.
• Two years experience in gap analysis, policy writing and review.
• Familiar with personal/consumer loans and/or credit cards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical mind, problem solving, well organized and detail oriented.
• Proactive, can-do attitude and commitment to above minimum standards.
• Ability to communicate with multiple departments and with senior management.
• Works well with the team and across departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide access control to internal documents on Sharepoint.
• Track document routing to ExCo level for notification/review/approval.
• Coordinate Board and Committees approvals.
• Administer Internal Documents Management Site and publish approved documents.
• Release internal communications about document updates and governance.
• Prepare monthly compliance documentation status reports.
• Facilitate policy standardization governance discussions.
• Guide localization of group policies for local regulations and manuals.
• Review policies, manuals and guidelines regularly.
• Perform gap analysis with control functions (Compliance Testing, Risk, Internal Audit).
• Write compliance and legal policies, manuals and guidelines.
• Conduct regular training and learning sessions.
