Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and certification preferred (PMP or equivalent).
• 7+ years of progressive experience managing IT projects.
• 3+ years in IT project management, preferably in healthcare.
• Experience with PM tools like MS Project or ServiceNow.
• Experience with Agile practices and SDLC knowledge.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT and clinical/non-clinical projects for client initiatives.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with healthcare regulations.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines and allocate resources.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with clinical, administrative and IT teams to gather requirements.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
• Facilitate meetings and ensure transparent progress tracking.
