Job summary

PwC Philippines is seeking a PMO Senior Associate to lead advanced reporting, analytics, and governance for FCU engagements. You will partner with Delivery Leads and Operations Managers to influence delivery, resourcing, and financial decisions.

The role requires autonomy, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across PMO processes. You will develop dashboards and packs for leadership, support forecasting and capacity planning, and mentor junior team members while guiding strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor degree required.
Solid PMO/operations/analytics experience.
Ability to operate autonomously and manage complexity.
Provide data-driven insights to Delivery Leads and leadership.

Responsibilities

Independently managing regular operational, financial, and performance reporting across multiple projects or workstreams.
Analyzing delivery, productivity, quality, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
Developing and maintaining advanced dashboards and reporting packs for delivery and senior leadership.
Supporting forecasting, resource allocation, capacity planning, and utilization analysis with Operations Managers.
Tracking KPIs, service levels, and financial indicators; maintaining governance artifacts.
Identifying risks and dependencies, escalate with context and recommendations.
Contributing to continuous improvement across PMO reporting and delivery processes.
Acting as trusted PMO partner to Delivery Leads with data-driven insights.
Supporting ad hoc analysis and executive-level reporting requests.
Providing guidance and coaching to PMO Associates and junior team members.
