Job summary

PwC Philippines is seeking an Associate in the Advisory line to support FCU delivery teams with data collection, reporting, tracking and coordination. The role emphasizes working with numbers, dashboards, and operational metrics in a structured delivery environment.

This position welcomes fresh graduates and those with limited experience. You will help prepare reports, maintain trackers, and coordinate with Team Leaders to ensure timely data submissions and audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or college graduate in Business, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field.
• Fresh graduates welcome; PMO/operations analytics experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with numbers and datasets.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (basic to intermediate).
• Willingness to learn reporting tools, dashboards, and delivery metrics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of regular operational and performance reports
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple delivery teams and systems
• Track productivity, quality, staffing, and service level performance
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates
• Support project and engagement documentation (plans, trackers, logs)
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Delivery Managers for timely data submissions
• Support meeting preparation, status updates, and follow-ups
• Monitor basic risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
