Qualifications

• Experience with data collection and reporting in a delivery environment.
• Ability to maintain dashboards and trackers.
• Strong coordination with Team Leaders and Delivery Managers.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and maintenance of regular operational and performance reports.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple delivery teams and systems.
• Track key metrics such as productivity, quality, staffing, and service level performance.
• Maintain trackers, dashboards, and reporting templates used by delivery leadership.
• Support project and engagement documentation, including plans, trackers, and logs.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders and Delivery Managers for timely data submissions.
• Support meeting preparation, status updates, and follow-ups.
• Monitor basic risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate when required.
• Maintain organized and audit-ready documentation.
• Support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests as required.
