Home Credit Philippines is seeking a senior Product Manager to lead strategic innovation and growth across value-added services, with a focus on long-term product vision, cross-functional leadership, and team development. Qualifications

• At least 8 years in product/business development (managerial experience preferred).
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication with senior management.
• Fluent English in speech and writing (company language).

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic roadmap for value-added services and commodity protection products.
• Oversee full product lifecycle and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Lead cross-functional ideation and prioritization of new concepts and enhancements.
• Manage and mentor product specialists to achieve the product strategy.
• Build and maintain high-value relationships with insurance providers and VAS partners.
• Lead negotiations for commercial agreements and joint initiatives.
• Ensure data accuracy for decisions (claims, enrollments, premiums).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver launches on time and within scope.
