Job summary

Trusting Social in Taguig (Metro Manila) is seeking a highly experienced Product Manager to own consumer lending and credit card products in the Philippines. You will drive end-to-end strategy, business case, P&L, launch, and optimization across multiple lending products, balancing risk, profitability, and customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with financial products experience (credit cards, consumer loans, or co-lending).
• Deep familiarity with Philippine banking regulations and consumer lending frameworks.
• Experience building financial models, P&L structures, and unit economics analyses from scratch.
• Background in fintech, digital banking, or credit-driven consumer products; startup/rapid growth background is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned credit card and lending products.
• Translate market opportunities and partner needs into a prioritized product backlog.
• Define product positioning and value propositions across on-us, co-branded, co-lending, and personal loan products.
• Balance short-term partner requirements with long-term sustainability and scalability.
• Build and own detailed financial models, unit economics analyses, and P&L forecasts.
• Define pricing and reward structures grounded in data-informed decisions.
• Coordinate across Risk, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and external partners to deliver on schedule.
• Run structured launch reviews to assess performance and drive improvement.
• Serve as primary product interface with banking and platform partners and regulators.
