Job summary

IQVIA LLC in the Philippines seeks a qualified project coordinator to lead linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to finish. You will coordinate translation, localization, vendor selection, and delivery against timelines while ensuring IQVIA procedures are followed.

You will manage budgets, maintain project documentation, and communicate with clients, linguists, and internal teams to ensure quality and on-time results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in Linguistics, Translation, Localization, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical or pharmaceutical translation/localization projects: Linguistic Validation and eCOA.
• Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics
• Good teamwork skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work under limited direction
• Strong software and computer skills, including MS Office applications
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

Responsibilities

• Coordinate linguistic validation and eCOA projects from start to finish.
• Manage multiple translation and localization projects from receipt to completion.
• Coordinate all project phases and forecast delivery to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to align client expectations.
• Select vendors and negotiate deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with contract linguists and proof-readers across locations.
• Monitor project status and progress.
• Oversee budgets and finances to keep work within budget.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Comply with IQVIA procedures.
• Perform quality checks at various stages to ensure high quality.
