Job summary

IQVIA SOLUTIONS OPERATIONS CENTER PHILIPPINES, INC. is seeking a QA database specialist to manage audit records, support EDA queries, and oversee the QA lifecycle from planning to CAPA closure.

The role requires 5 years of experience, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Office and EQMS. Onsite work is in McKinley, Taguig with shifting hours. Training and reporting duties are included to improve QA processes.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficient in electronic data management software, EQMS in document management.
• Ability to review, approve, and publish electronic records.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive interaction skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow through with supervision.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Able to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig with a shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintains QA databases and ensures audits are entered per audit plans/notification docs.
• Follow up audit information through full audit life cycle and issue certificates/documents as appropriate.
• Provide support to staff by answering complex queries concerning the use of EDA.
• Participate in systems validation processes (e.g., User Acceptance Testing).
• Review and track documentation related to the Global QA auditing lifecycle.
• Maintain system to track audit plans and distribute signed plans.
• Maintain QA filing systems, electronic filing of docs and correspondence.
• Produce QA database reports, status updates, and trend analyses.
• Use metrics to optimize performance and processes.
• Provide training on QA database maintenance and stay current with regulatory trends.
• Follow up and close audits/inspection CAPAs in eQMS.
• Review and approve CAPA and EC plans.
• Categorize audit/inspection findings in eQMS.
• Regular reporting on training and QA activities.
• Training preparation, delivery, and assessment.
• Provide real-time feedback and action items from QA assessments with Operations.
