Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a coordinator for linguistic validation and eCOA projects, overseeing translations and localization from receipt to completion. You will work with Senior Project Managers to assess client specifications, select vendors, and maintain relationships with contract linguists to ensure timely delivery and quality.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience in linguistics, translation, or localization, with emphasis on clinical/pharma projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years in linguistics or localization.
• Experience in clinical or pharma translation projects (linguistic validation, eCOA).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills; able to work with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate translation and localization projects from receipt to completion.
• Predict delivery phases to meet deadlines.
• Select vendors and negotiate deadlines.
• Maintain relationships with contract linguists and proofreaders.
• Monitor project status and budget compliance.
• Prepare project documentation and ensure IQVIA procedures.
• Perform quality checks at various stages.
