Job summary

Five9 Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced Speech Analytics Consultant to lead implementation, optimization, and strategic adoption of speech and text analytics using Five9 and Verint platforms.

You will translate audio and text data into actionable insights, improve customer experience, and ensure compliance across contact centers. Role requires strong client-facing communication, 5+ years in Verint Cloud analytics, and a background in contact center operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and managing speech/interaction analytics in Verint Cloud.
• Verint Accreditation in Speech Analytics is held or in progress.
• Experience with other Speech Analytics tools.
• Consulting background in contact centre operations and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic consulting with client leadership to align analytics with KPIs.
• Design, build, and tune speech analytics categories, queries, dashboards in Verint.
• Train clients to interpret dashboards and manage cloud configurations.
• Identify root causes of friction and link findings to WEM initiatives.
