Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform operations or SaaS operations.
• Proficient in Python or scripting, REST APIs, and databases.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and deployment tooling.
• Excellent communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor platform components for stability and readiness.
• Support deployments by validating changes and preparing environments.
• Investigate and resolve complex platform issues across APIs, data and configuration.
• Develop automation tools and runbooks to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Support to improve features.
• Improve monitoring, dashboards and health checks across systems.
• Create and maintain deployment and troubleshooting documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and propose fixes.
• Support hypercare and incident resolution during major releases.
