Job summary

Ingram Micro Philippines BPO LLC is seeking a Senior Platform Engineer to operate, monitor and improve its marketplace and Xvantage platforms. The role emphasizes hands-on technical work, automation, incident resolution and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Operations and Support.

You will drive deployment readiness, implement runbooks, enhance monitoring, and reduce manual effort through repeatable controls, while maintaining security and reliability across cloud

Qualifications

• 5+ years in platform operations, technical support, SaaS operations, cloud operations or equivalent.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and production troubleshooting.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities for deployment and runbooks.
• Clear written and verbal English, able to communicate with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor platform components to ensure stability and readiness.
• Support deployments and validate changes for production readiness.
• Investigate and resolve complex platform issues across APIs, data and configurations.
• Develop and maintain automation tools and operational checks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, SRE, DevOps, Support, and Operations teams.
• Improve monitoring, alerts and health checks for reliability and performance.
• Create runbooks and deployment documentation.
• Identify recurring issues and drive operational improvements.
• Support hypercare, incident resolution and post-implementation stabilization.
