Job summary

Indra Philippines, Inc. seeks a Senior Platform Analyst to lead FinOps and governance for our CRM Platform, driving budget management, cost analysis, capacity and license management, and executive reporting.

The role partners with CRM, IT, Finance, Platform, Architecture, and Business teams to translate usage and financial data into actionable insights, ensuring accurate, decision-ready dashboards and reports for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience in IT or platform operations with budget accountability.
• Experience with CRM platforms and FinOps is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead FinOps activities for the CRM Platform, ensuring financial transparency, accountability, and effective cost management.
• Manage budget planning, forecasting, and variance analysis for CRM Platform spending.
• Analyze cost drivers, consumption patterns, usage trends, and platform resources to identify risks and optimization opportunities.
• Identify and drive cost optimization initiatives related to licenses, storage, capacity, and platform usage.
• Provide oversight for capacity planning, license management, and budget tracking.
• Design, document, and maintain end-to-end operational processes for CRM Platform operations.
• Establish operational standards, controls, reporting processes, and governance practices.
• Develop and maintain operational and financial dashboards for CRM Platform reporting.
• Prepare executive-level reports that highlight key trends, risks, exceptions, insights, and recommendations.
• Translate technical, platform usage, and financial data into clear, business-focused insights to support management decision-making.
• Ensure dashboards and reports provide accurate, consistent, and decision-ready information.
• Guide and support Operations Analysts in data analysis, dashboard usage, budget tracking, license management, and capacity management.
• Collaborate with CRM, IT, Finance, Platform, Architecture, and Business teams on platform processes, resources, and cost considerations.
• Help ensure operational and financial considerations are incorporated into CRM platform solutions and initiatives.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Platform Analyst to lead Financial Operations (FinOps) and operational governance for the client's CRM Platform.

The role will be responsible for budget management, cost analysis, capacity and license management, operational process governance, and executive-level reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with CRM, IT, Finance, Platform, and Business teams to turn technical, usage, and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong experience in IT or platform operations, preferably with financial or budget accountability.

• Experience with CRM platforms, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure Services, or similar technologies is preferred.

• Experience in operational process design, implementation, documentation, and governance.

• Working knowledge of licensing models, platform capacity, resource consumption, and cost management.

• Experience or knowledge in FinOps / cloud financial management is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, financial, and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into executive-level insights and recommendations.

• Experience designing, maintaining, or interpreting operational and financial dashboards is preferred.

• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across IT, Finance, Business, and Platform teams.

• Ability to guide, mentor, and provide direction to junior team members.

• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable working with structured processes, governance, and reporting requirements.

Preferred Certifications

• FinOps Certified Practitioner or equivalent cloud financial management certification

• Microsoft Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900) or equivalent

• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or equivalent

• ITIL Foundation or equivalent IT service management certification

• Advanced Data Visualization / Analytics certification is a plus
