Cybalink Solutions in Pasig invites an experienced Sr. Planning Engineer (Electrical) to join our team.

The role focuses on planning and scheduling for Oil & Gas / Energy / Industrial projects, coordinating across engineering, procurement, and site delivery teams to ensure on-time execution. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in electrical planning, strong Primavera P6 skills, advanced Excel, and experience with MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years in planning/scheduling for electrical construction or renewable energy projects.
• Strong Primavera P6 proficiency with Level 3–4 schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Perform forensic schedule analysis to identify delays.
• Prepare EOT claims and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
• Identify critical paths, risks, and opportunities; advise on resolutions.
• Produce reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules.
• Ensure planning docs align with project scope and contract requirements.
• Attend meetings and provide data-driven schedule updates.

Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Sr. Planning Engineer(Electrical) with a strong background in Oil & Gas / Energy / Industrial Projects. This role plays a critical part in planning and scheduling construction works, ensuring alignment across engineering, procurement, and site delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Conducting forensic schedule analysis to identify causes of delay and disruption
• Preparing and submitting EOT (Extension of Time) claims and mitigation plans
• Coordinating with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to track progress
• Identifying critical paths, risks, and opportunities, and advising on resolutions
• Producing detailed reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules
• Ensuring all planning documentation aligns with project scope and contract requirements
• Attending key meetings and providing timely, data-driven schedule updates to stakeholders
  

What We’re Looking For:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 7–10 years’ experience in planning and scheduling within electrical construction or renewable energy projects (substations, BESS, HV/LV, solar, wind, etc.). ( preferably, if available, as this experience will be considered an advantage.)
• Exceptionally strong capability in Primavera P6, including development of Level 3–4 schedules, baselining, resource ManHrs, Material, progress measurement, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards, lookups and data analysis).
• Proficiency in PB systems, including setup, reporting and integration of planning and cost data.(Advantage)
• Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
