Cybalink Solutions in Pasig invites an experienced Sr. Planning Engineer (Electrical) to join our team.
The role focuses on planning and scheduling for Oil & Gas / Energy / Industrial projects, coordinating across engineering, procurement, and site delivery teams to ensure on-time execution. The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in electrical planning, strong Primavera P6 skills, advanced Excel, and experience with MS Project.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 7–10 years in planning/scheduling for electrical construction or renewable energy projects.
- Strong Primavera P6 proficiency with Level 3–4 schedules.
Responsibilities
- Develop detailed schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Perform forensic schedule analysis to identify delays.
- Prepare EOT claims and mitigation plans.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors.
- Identify critical paths, risks, and opportunities; advise on resolutions.
- Produce reports, S-curves, and look-ahead schedules.
- Ensure planning docs align with project scope and contract requirements.
- Attend meetings and provide data-driven schedule updates.
