Job summary

Strongbond Philippines Inc. is seeking a Planning Engineer / Planning Team Lead in Mandaluyong to guide the planning and scheduling of construction projects and support the Construction Manager in timely execution.

You will develop, monitor, and update schedules, coordinate with project engineers, foremen, and subcontractors, and provide regular progress and recovery plans to keep projects on track, within budget and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Develop detailed project schedules and baselines based on approved plans and contracts.
• Break down activities into manageable work packages with durations and dependencies.
• Identify milestones, critical paths, and resource requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, look-ahead and recovery schedules.
• Monitor progress against the approved project schedule and update reports.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, site teams, and subcontractors to gather progress updates.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Lead the Planning Team, providing direction and technical guidance.
