Job summary

Agoda in Manila is seeking a Senior Manager of Performance Marketing to own the partnership P&L and lead a small team of 2-3 marketing specialists. You will shape strategy, align cross-functional partners, and drive revenue growth through data-driven decision making.

You will manage budget allocation, oversee multi-brand campaigns across metasearch, paid search, app marketing, and CRM, and build analytics to measure impact and guide optimization.

Qualifications

• Analytical & technical skills with data-driven mindset.
• SQL proficiency for multi-table analysis.
• Strong analytical thinking and business insights.
• Comfort with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles

Responsibilities

• Lead team of 2–3 marketing specialists and set OKRs.
• Own strategy and ROI targets; optimize channel investment.
• Guide channel strategies and ensure execution excellence.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Design analytics roadmap and experimentation framework.
• Present quarterly reviews to executive stakeholders
