Job summary

Agoda is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to steer our global marketing investments with a responsibility for a global P&L. You will connect financial targets to marketing execution, defining market strategy, owning LTV frameworks, and guiding a high-performing team in a fast-paced travel market.

You will apply machine learning and predictive analytics to solve the economics of online travel, where pricing and loyalty shift by the hour, and drive decisions at the table.

Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable business strategies.
• Experience with revenue management, forecasting, pricing, or growth equity.
• Experience defining 1–3 year global growth strategies in a fast-paced e-commerce/OTA environment.
• Familiarity with ML algorithms and communicating with engineers and data scientists.
• Leadership experience hiring and coaching in multicultural, high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• P&L stewardship: drive marketing investment strategies to meet targets.
• Define and execute Agoda’s global growth roadmap and market opportunities.
• Coordinate marketing spend across digital channels for a cohesive global footprint.
• Own and refine Lifetime Value (LTV) definitions with data science.
• Lead forecasting efforts to predict market shifts and adjust investments.
• Act as liaison between Marketing, Strategy, Product, Finance and Supply.
• Lead and mentor a team of analysts with rigorous experimentation.
