Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads setup.
• Proven experience managing campaigns independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics.
• Ability to create advertising concepts and brief designers clearly.
• Strong ownership, accountability and attention to detail.
• Shortlisted candidates will complete a practical Meta and Google Ads assessment focused on analysis, decision-making and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Create, launch and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Analyse CTR, CPM, CPC, CVR, CPL, CPA, frequency and lead quality.
• Identify the real cause of performance issues before making changes.
• Decide what should be changed, what should remain unchanged, and why.
• Develop ad angles, hooks and campaign messaging.
• Prepare clear creative briefs when new graphics or ads are required.
• Review audiences, keywords, search terms, landing pages and campaign structure.
• Proactively flag issues and recommend solutions.
• Follow through on changes and review whether they improved performance.
