Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, People Solutions to partner with HR and Recruiting leaders to design and implement process improvements, AI deployments, and system integrations across regions. You will translate complex requirements into actionable specs and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.

You will drive change adoption, train users, monitor KPIs, and ensure governance and data integrity.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, MIS, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in business analysis, project management, or operations consulting, specifically partnering with HR or Talent Acquisition.
Proven ability to drive deliverables with minimal supervision and strong initiative in discovery and execution.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale initiatives from stakeholder discovery through requirements gathering, system design, and rollout.
Translate complex business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for Product, AI, and technical teams.
Coordinate across diverse teams, line managers, and external partners to minimize friction and ensure timely delivery.
Elicit, validate, and document business, process, and data requirements using user story mapping, focus groups, and workshops.
Map workflows across regions to standardize practices, save time, and enable self-service capabilities; track KPIs and adoption trends.
