Job summary

IntouchCX is seeking a Business Analyst, People Solutions to drive global HR and Recruiting initiatives. You will conduct research, analyze operational data, map processes, and support solution rollouts in a complex, multinational environment.

You will partner with HR SMEs, IT, and operations to standardize workflows, manage project deliverables, and track adoption metrics, ensuring initiatives meet business requirements and are delivered on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, MIS or related field.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in business analysis, project coordination, or process improvement.
• Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project delivery models.
• Understanding of core human capital systems (ATS, HRIS, ERP) and process mapping software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze operational data to inform project solutions.
• Map out, design, and document new workflows and processes with SMEs.
• Bridge between business and corporate support functions (Operations, IT, developers).
• Standardize practices, eliminate redundancies, and build scalable processes.
