Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience as an HR generalist with deep HR fundamentals.
• Advanced knowledge of labor law; unionized environments beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Implement the global People Strategy locally in line with regional goals.
• Serve as trusted advisor to leaders and teams on people-related matters.
• Lead delivery of the annual HR cycle: performance, compensation, succession, development.
• Provide guidance on employee relations ensuring policy and local regulation compliance.
• Monitor changes in local labor laws for ongoing compliance.
• Act as a talent broker to enable internal mobility and development across regions.
• Collaborate with regional people team to manage daily HR operations and resolve complex cases.
• Analyze HR data to derive insights and drive data-informed decisions.
• Design and deliver training for local leaders and employees on HR topics.
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.
